Delete your Ventlio account

1. Open the Ventlio app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap your name to open My Account.
3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out.

Email privacy@ventlio.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Ventlio account”. We confirm the request with you, then delete the account.

• Your account details: name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
• The businesses you own, and their stock, sales, customer, expense and receipt records.

Deleting your account cannot be undone.

• Copies in encrypted backups, for a limited period until they are overwritten.
• The minimum we are required to keep for legal or tax obligations.
