This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on Ventlio subscription plans. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent refund practices.

Monthly Subscription Refund Policy

For monthly subscription plans, refunds are available within 7 days of the initial payment date. To be eligible for a full refund: 1. You must request the refund within 7 days of your payment date. 2. Submit your refund request via email to support@ventlio.com or through your account settings. 3. Include your registered email address and subscription details in your request. After the 7-day window has passed, refunds for monthly subscriptions will not be processed. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and you may cancel to prevent future charges.

Yearly Subscription Refund Policy

For yearly (annual) subscription plans, we offer a tiered refund structure: Full Refund Period (First 30 Days): 1. Within the first month (30 days) of your annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. 2. No questions asked - simply submit your refund request within this period. Pro-rata Refund (After 30 Days): 1. After the first 30 days, refunds are calculated based on your usage. 2. If you have used the current month for 7 days or more, that month is considered fully used and is non-refundable. 3. Refunds will be processed for the remaining unused months only. 4. The refund amount is calculated by subtracting the months used (including any month with 7+ days of usage) from your total subscription.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps: 1. Send an email to support@ventlio.com with the subject line "Refund Request". 2. Include the following information in your request: - Your registered email address - Subscription type (Monthly or Yearly) - Date of purchase/payment - Reason for refund (optional but helpful for us to improve) 3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. 4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved: 1. Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. 2. Bank transfers: May take 7-14 business days depending on your bank. 3. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: 1. Subscriptions beyond the eligible refund window (7 days for monthly, pro-rata calculation for yearly). 2. Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. 3. One-time setup fees or custom development services (if applicable). 4. Any promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. 5. Partial month refunds for the current billing period if usage exceeds 7 days.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation is separate from a refund request: 1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. 2. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. 3. After cancellation, you will retain access to Ventlio until the end of your current billing period. 4. If you wish to cancel AND request a refund, please submit both requests separately.
